Trade Secret Gripes

It’s not surprising that the Herald Sun reports that tradies suffer with clients that don’t call to cancel appointments, have misunderstandings over quotes and work expectations and problems chasing payment.

According to the report, hiring platform hipages surveyed 2600 tradies and 1230 consumers late last year, highlighting that almost 3/5 consumers found it difficult to find and hire a tradie.  The report also found that the tradespeople most trusted are punctual, respectful of homes and insured.
