At this busy time of year Studio Reflections Photography service shopping centres all over Melbourne. The Director approached Adminflow to source and implement a system to improve the shift scheduling process of over forty staff across six  shopping centres.

The Brief

Martyna reviewed the current systems, which involved a spreadsheet to manage staff shift allocations and manual text messages being the only form of staff communication.  Our task was to implement a multi-functional platform to improve the scheduling services over the six centres. This platform needed to be user-friendly, improve communication and allow them additional time to focus on more critical aspects of the business.
